Rough
Machined and Hardened Rolls are finished at TAYO according to
the customer's drawing specifications. After finish machining
operation are complet, each roll is inspected according to
customer's requrement, which includes hardness testing,
Ultrasonic inspaction, masnctic particle and dye penetrant. Eddy
current inspection of the roll body subsequent to the grinding
operation ensures that the surface is suitable for Mill service.
