With this, Tayo Rolls become the only company in India to have integrated facility from iron making (Blast Furnace technology) to steel making and producing ingots for Forged Rolls and Engineering Forgings for critical applications in Steel Plants, Cement and Sugar Mill machineries, Oil/Gas sector, Nuclear Power Plants, Wind Mills, large gears and pinions, etc. These ingots with weights ranging between 3 and 21 MT produced through Electric Arc Furnace - Ladle Refining and Vacuum Degassing - Bottom Pouring route are available in Polygonal and Round cross-sections in various Carbon and Alloy steel grades meeting the stringent quality requirements of low residuals, controlled gases, inclusion rating and internal soundness. The ingots can also be made available to customized specifications in addition to standard grades of Carbon and Alloy Steels.
