by TSR Dara Shaw Ltd in consultation with the Secretarial

.Share transferred in the physical form
is presently registered and returned to the
stakeholders within 15 days of receipt of
the valid documents. The Share Transfer
and Investor Grievance Committee looks into the
various issues relating to Investor Grievances
and meets once in a year to review the same.
