equipped R&D laboratory recognised by
Govt. of India, Ministry of Science and
Technology provides the facility for
continued research on development of new
grades of rolls and special castings.
Research & Development work is basically
conducted at the laboratory equipped
with pilot induction Furnace,
programmable heat treatment furnace,
emission spectrometers, ferritescope,
high resolution microscope with image
analyser, mechanical testing machine and
different types of hardness testing
equipment. In Addition , TAYO has access
to outside research laboratories for
special investigations wherever
required.
